Hi, I managed to get myself a beta drop while playing Valorant and noticed that some weapons like my Reaver Vandal can now be upgraded. 😀 I am super excited and can’t wait to use my VP to buy some Radianite and evolve my weapon. I also started playing Valorant through Buff this week, and I’m not really sure what will earn me points. Would upgrading cosmetic skins, sound effects, and other visuals in the game give me buff points?
Hey there! It’s awesome to hear that you got a beta drop while playing Valorant and are excited about upgrading your Reaver Vandal! Using your Valorant Points (VP) to buy Radianite and evolve your weapon sounds like a great plan!
When it comes to earning Buff Points through the Buff platform, you’ll be focused on your gaming activity rather than cosmetic upgrades. Buff tracks your gameplay in supported games like Valorant and rewards you for the time you spend playing, as well as completing specific in-game objectives. Unfortunately, upgrading skins, sound effects, and other visuals won’t earn you Buff Points since the tracking is based on your actual gameplay rather than purchases or upgrades.
Keep enjoying Valorant, and remember, every moment you play contributes to earning those sweet Buff Points! If you have any more questions or need tips on maximizing your points, feel free to ask. Happy gaming!
